Settled concrete can be dangerous, unsightly, and lead to further deterioration.

However, most concrete doesn't have to be torn out and replaced, but can be raised back to it's original position by pumping a slurry beneath the concrete.  The pressure will raise it back up into place and the slurry will fill the void created by the settlement, thereby producing a solid foundation for the slab.
